We are comitted to keeping your machinery performing day in, day out to ensure that you are productive. If you have a query, encounter some difficulty, or just need a helping hand, our support team is ready to help.

There are number of areas of support available to you. Some areas are free of charge for registered users, others are covered under warranty (if applicable) or charged per incident.

Support Request

General Support is available from 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday ~ Friday (Sydney Time). Support requests can be logged in one of three ways:

  1. Call (02) 9648 5588 for support queries. Support lines are open Mon - Fri from 8.30am to 4.30pm Sydney time.
  2. Download our Support Request form and fax it to 02 9748 8866
  3. Use our Paid Priority Email Support Form to contact us. 

Our help desk is available to answer urgent support queries and to help you resolve issues that may arise. We know that any disruption can affect your business and we will treat any message as high priority and answer it promptly

What will happen next?

Once your query has been evaluated by our help desk, you will either receive an email / fax reply with the solution to your query, or a phone call from our technical support team to request more information or walk you through a solution to your problem. We endeavour to reply within 4 business hours from when calls are logged.

Our Advanced Remote Support System will allow our Technicians to offer fast and efficient support remotely - saving time and frustration. Our simple to use support forums are full of useful information, where you can find answers to your questions. If it happens that you can't find what you are looking for you can simply register a new topic and our support team or other fellow users will post answers.
